  Guy's did great. I called about my air conditioning unit and they were quick to respond. I really liked that they do not charge to come out and take a look at what is wrong with the unit! We are extremely happy and we will use them again the future!

  Kind of desperate on a Sunday afternoon. My Dad's thermostat was not responding on a humid day with the temp rising. Representative stepped me through analysis on the phone. Clear instructions. Thermostat had been accidentally locked which he determined after looking at a quick video I sent to him. He told me the code to unlock and how to enter it. My Dad was saved from a very uncomfortable night, and I am very grateful. Rep was very nice and friendly on the phone, despite the interruption to his own personal schedule. This company helped my Dad once before, with prompt and courteous service that fixed the problem that day too. I could not be more pleased with the service.

  My blower motor went out on my heater. Alex, the technician was very responsive, he communicated very well and replaced the motor super fast. I have used this company one other time for an air conditioner issue and had the same great service. They don't mark the parts up an unreasonable amount as some other heating & air companies do. I will certainly be using them again!
