  Over the years my experience with plumbers has been kind of hit and miss. When we did a major remodel on our house, our contractor brought in Guy's Plumbing. They did a fine job -- no complaints. The crew was polite, worked quickly, and showed up on time. But, to be honest, I didn't pay much attention. At the end of the remodel, everything worked as expected. Water came out of taps, toilets flushed, etc. I really didn't think anything of it. But two years later, we had a freak plumbing issue. It wasn't really anyone's fault, but ended up being kind of a big deal. The point of my story (and why my faith in plumbers has been restored) is that Guy's Plumbing was there for us -- and made it right. No questions asked. We weren't out a penny for the (substantial) repairs. They stood behind their work and demonstrated the kind of integrity I thought was a thing of the past -- especially in a city like Bend where it's a seller's market for home-services/contractors and a lot of companies are too busy to even return a phone call. Anyway, we hear a lot about the negative experiences people have with contractors, so I thought I'd share a very positive experience I had with Guy's Plumbing.
