  Dealt with Steve, he promised he could order me the correct parts (even though his co-worker advised him to send me to the store across the street they would cost more but most likely have it in stock). Even though the person 2 spots in front of me was bringing back parts that didn't work, I chanced it and allowed Steve to order it based on his promise it would be correct..(fast fwd 3 days)..The parts that I received were WRONG. At that point I went across the street to "The Plumbing Store", I got my parts plus the trim for $7 less. It's my fault for not checking them out prior to ordering. Guilford Plumbing (Steve) should not waste peoples time with their incorrect guesses.

  At 4:57 as I’m leaving another plumbing supply warehouse in the area I call up and tell them I’m gonna be after five getting to them and I’m sorry Brad said, no problem. Then he went ahead and pulled the part and had a ticket waiting and met me at the door at 5:05 which may not seem like a bunch, but when you’re working on plumbing and it has got to be done “today” that means the world! I can’t say enough how happy I am with my experience here 5 stars isn’t enough

  If you are not a plumbing pro and enjoy having your questions laughed at or being talked down to by other customers here and the employees by all means come here. I've never had people be so rude at a simple question. They can stand to learn some customer service skills from Greensboro Plumbing Supply or the other Plumbing Supply store across the street.
