  Not professional and Lady Karen got mad because they quoted me to replaced urinal for “calcium buildup” for a urinal that is one year old. I told her that didn’t make sense, Karen told me to do it myself and hanged up on me, and didn’t believe I was a plumber myself, she told me why I was calling them and said I was raising my voice while she was screaming at me. They just lost a 29 restaurant customer for lying and being rude.

  Walter, I am sorry the call did not go smoothly. However, you did leave out the part before you were hung up on. The part where you started yelling and cursing at the lady who took your call because you did not agree with our tech's assessment of the urinal. At one point you told her to send someone out and tell you something different. We were not making you take our suggestion, it was your right to get a second opinion if you did not feel like you needed what we suggested to do. Calling up and yelling at my employees is pretty unprofessional on your part, as well as the false review you posted. Thank you for your business and I am sorry we will not be able to continue doing business. I just cannot have people treating my employees like that and will not do business with people who behave in that way.

  Great honest service! I again was very impressed with Guardian Plumbing. Not only good prices, but careful discussion of work that was needed. They have also have great lines of communication on the scheduling and are very pleasant in discuss the details of the job.

  Guardian has worked on many of my critical plumbing issues on my rental as well as my own house and they do great work. Fast, fair prices with great communication when I can't be there. I highly recommend Guardian Plumbing services.
