  My shower pan was not slopped correctly. Hector was such a great listener when he came to listen to what I needed to be done in my shower pan. He understood exactly my concern. He was able to get me an appointment quickly. Brian his employee was sent to us to do the work. He was very professional, clean, and detailed with the task. Thank you!

  Great customer service start to finish. The owner (Hector) was very helpful. Scheduling the work was convenient and the price was fair. The tile mechanic assigned to the job was professional, polite, punctual and NEAT (he used “drop cloths” throughout the work area). Afterwards there was a minor technical issue (which was mostly due to the plumber working on the job). Hector (owner) shared my concern and he scheduled a tile mechanic to resolve the issue. From beginning to end my project was handled professionally. Hector has a great business - I highly recommend Titanium.

  The house I purchased has wide grout lines in between the 13” tiles In my kitchen. The original light gray grout in the high traffic areas I assume became very dirty over time. Rob came in, cleaned and sealed the grout and it looks brand new! Great job by a courteous, professional and affordable company.
