Excellent customer service!!  I was intending to buy a water softener but when a gentleman came out to test my water from Grosch, he said your water is perfect, you don’t need a softener!   He said I would really love to sell you one but the truth is you don’t need one!  I was definitely impressed!!  It is so hard to find people that will tell you the truth if it doesn’t put a dollar in their pocket!  I even tried to pay him for his time, he refused and said this is just what I do!  With his honesty,  I would absolutely trust Grosch with any water issues I would need help with in the future!

Called yesterday and today the owner was out snd had it installed in an hour! Super nice guy! Best prices around, would recommend!

Thought the owner was a nice guy until when I had to end our business and he took off my water filter in kitchen he left me without any cold water.  I had water before his filter was installed and after no water and he refused to fix it.  He did not answer my calls.

Some of the rudest and most unprofessional people I've met. Always keep your doors locked because they feel quite free to just walk into your house, go to whatever room they want, and do whatever they want. It's a good thing I was home when they walked in or my wife would have been forced to call the police.

Very unprofessional company.   I called and asked all about renting a softener and what all it would intail.  Was given detail and told he would call back to schedule the appointment for set up the following week. He called on Monday and set the appointment up with my 8 year old.  I had to call back and confirm it all. Then after my husband took off work to meet him at our home he called an hour AFTER he was supposed to be there to say he couldn't do it because there were a couple medical bills on my credit report. He never mentioned anything about the credit report when I called and questioned how it all worked and how to get started.  Neither did the woman.  I would never recommend this company!
