I believe the young man's name was Leroy. Be sure to keep this employee. He did an excellent job. He was polite, worked efficiently, and explained how the new thermostat worked. I have been impressed with this company every time they have come to my house. The owners do an excellent job of hiring very capable people who interact with the customer, me, and are always willing to answer any questions I have. I will continue to recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. I am a retired teacher who just turned 74 years old, so I have had to deal with a number of companies over the years. You are the best!

Mr. Workman was courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing so I could understand and answered all my questions with patience. I have used this business in the past and will continue doing so and calling them for all my heating and air conditioning needs. Thank you, Mr. Workman for a job well done.
