  We paid for our septic tank to be pumped. The service was quick, easy, and fast, and also came with an explanation that our field lines were in pretty bad shape, so we would have the problem again in about a month - depending on water usage. Sure enough, it happened again - only this time, Grimes didn't return our call. We were able to get a different company out here - prepared to replace the septic and lines completely. Boy was I surprised to find out that our field lines are in really good shape, the problem was that our septic was full - that only 1 tank showed signs of recent pumping. The new crew had to break fresh earth to reach the side that was not pumped. Shame on Grimes for being paid for a whole service and only providing half!

  about a year ago they come out to my home and were here approximately 10 minutes and told me they had emptied it and that we needed a plummer and recommended someone. they also told me that i would not need another clean up for another 3 or 4 years. here we are one year later and our tank is in need of another cleaning. they charged me 175.00 for nothing and when my husband called them to tell them they just said "well im sure they emptied and if you don't like it call someone else". needless to say, these guys are a rip off and they don't care one way of another if they did a good job or not. very bad customer service.
