  Clayton arrived out and was supportive and responsive, going above and beyond to explain the damages on the heater and what needed to be done, and showed things to check next time to possibly resolve future problems without needing to call reasonable prices, and I interacted with on the phone was helpful. Would gladly use again for any plumbing or HVAC needs.

  It’s hard to give all 5 stars when I didn’t get to experience anything other than consultation at this point. However, nothing but positive so far. The company doesn’t work the brand of system I own, so gave a fast assessment and recommendation for what to do. I am pleased with how professional, responsive and courteous (Kurtis and Hayden) has been and will do a better job of reviewing if we opt for a new system.

  Very pleased with this company. I loved how they were very straight up about the pricing and materials they will use. No reason to call any other company for plumbing service in Rowlett.
