  Joe came to my residence offered a detailed explanation and quote. Dustin and his installation partner were very respectful and did an amazing job. So far, I am extremely happy with my new water heater as well as the quote and the installation process.

  Justin called before his arrival, asked if we had any questions for him and went right to work. When water was turned back on at the street, Justin noticed a leak on the city side of the meter and called in a repair ticket with JEA to fix. Went over some information with us and asked if we had any questions. Also recommended to how often we should drain the water heater and basic operating instructions. Will definitely use Griffin again!
