Don't normally write reviews but my experience with John, Kennedy and Tom was fantastic. John answered his phone on the weekend and Kennedy got me scheduled quickly and efficiently on Monday. Tom came on time, fixed the problem and even helped me understand my plumbing configuration better, hopefully preventing future problems. Would highly recommend Gretna Plumbing & Drain Services for anyone that needs professional, timely and quality plumbing work! Thanks!

After it became apparent that I had a clog in my drain line out to my septic tank (which exceeded my ability to unclog and had the potential for a huge mess) I gave John at Gretna Plumbing a call. He dispatched two of his guys out to my house and they were there within an hour after my call and had the line to my septic cleared within 30 minutes. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. If you're in need of any plumbing services, John and his guys are honest, reliable, and will do right by his customers. I won't hesitate to call Gretna Plumbing the next time I am in need of anything plumbing related.

I found myself in a panic the day before Thanksgiving. My toilet had broken and I didn't have the time to fix it before my company arrived later in the afternoon. I had called several "Large" plumbers in the area who didn't have any appointments available until the following week. I took a shot and called Gretna Plumbing & Drain Services. I did get voicemail, however was called back immediately by the owner himself. He promised that someone would be out to help even if it was himself to come and get my guest bathroom up and running. He called back within 20 minutes and said he had a guy coming out within an hour. The repair was quick and so very much appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to understand my circumstances instead of just thinking of me as a number. I will definitely call again in the future!
