  Gregory Jenkins Builders has far exceeded our expectations. They are building a new home for us. Their attention to detail has been exceptional. We live out of state and though this may be a difficult project but Greg and his crew have made it very easy. We get constant updates and photos. Greg is very detail oriented and that is why we chose him. If something doesn't look right or he thinks we need to make a modification he lets us know promptly. We come up with a solution and continue on. This attention to detail has made our home amazing. When we show up to look at it we are always amazed with the progress and detail. I would highly recommend Gregory Jenkins Builders.

From the beginning the project was challenging but you stayed the course and navigated not only the increase in materials costs but also the additional labor required to build. I’ve always believed that building a home is a partnership between the builder and the owner and communication a must. You took a lot of stress off of me by addressing any issues promptly and kept the build going. I hope you are able to enjoy this home for many years to come.

  Greg Jenkins recently completed building our custom designed home. The quality of his and his crew's work is EXCELLENT. Greg's attention to detail and consultation throughout the entire building process was crucial to our home's QUALITY completion. He went out of his way to provide cost effective options. He demonstrated patience and was open-minded as we made a few changes from the original plans. He truly cares about his customers. The contractors he chose were responsive and reputable, primarily due to their respect of Greg also, as stated directly to us by many of them. He also follows up to see how things are going after CO (Certificate of Occupancy), which reflects true integrity. We HIGHLY recommend Greg Jenkins.

  Greg is an amazingly talented builder and general contractor. He’s also a skilled carpenter, so his building and finishing standards are exceptionally high. Greg built two custom homes for me and it was a wonderful experience from day one. Greg is very professional and trustworthy and he works well with everyone on the job site. Greg’s suppliers are always responsive so acquiring materials was rarely an issue. I highly recommend Greg. His work exceeded my expectations and I am extremely satisfied with the homes that he built. I know I can rely on Greg for future building issues that might arise - and that’s very reassuring. His follow-up after construction completion has been excellent.
