  Nick came out during terrible road conditions to look at my furnace that was not producing heat. He came earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise when you’re otherwise just watching the thermostat and clock. He figured out the issue quickly and even offered to help with snow removal from the exhaust vent for the furnace. As soon as he left, we cleared the snow from around the vent and had heat again immediately. So thankful for quick and friendly service.

  One of our 2 furnaces had stopped working properly. The service technician, Nick, was right on time, very polite and informative, I was asking a lot of questions and he answered everything to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend their services. Ask for Nick, great guy! Thanks again for a very pleasant experience.

  Gregg's plumbing and heating installed a new furnace and the installers were very professional and very pleasant to work with. Erik at the office did a super job coordinating everything, thank you sor your service
