  I am in the process of obtaining various contractors to do some home repairs, and I was referred to Greer Water Works for my plumbing needs. As you can imagine, these companies are busy and their owners/technicians even busier — out in the field performing the work.I cannot tell you how impressed I have been with Melissa — she is thorough and responsive. It’s nice to have someone answer the phone, listen to needs and serve as a knowledgeable interface between the customers and the techs. She ALWAYS follows up in the timeframe she promises and provides consistent, excellent customer service. Definitely a great introduction to the business.

  I noticed my wall looked dark in a spot by my floor and felt it and it felt a little wet. When I called their office was very helpful and their plumber that came out to my house was very nice and respectful. They really helped me out at a great price and got it all replaced and patched up for me in no time. Will be calling them again for anything I need and telling everyone to use them; Love a good family business!!

  I met Jason and Dave when I had a sewage backup in my condo. These guys were super nice. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They would not leave until they found the source of my problem. Honestly when this happened I didnt know what to do but they explained everything to me and got the ball rolling. Everything is being taken care of and it didn't cost me a dime because of them.
