  Greenwood Sewer Service was referred by another plumber. Greenwood was in the area when I called and they arrived 20-minutes later. They arrived, laid down pads over our hardwood floors and had the drain unplugged within 15-minutes. Very professional. They noticed our basket strainer was broken and replaced that too, all for a reasonable price. They have the equipment and knowledge to work quickly and do the job right.

  Poor communication. We have been on the list for a week to have the line unclogged. Consistently told we will get someone there tomorrow. Today was told to find someone else as they are short staffed. We have not been able to shower, use the toilets or do laundry for 7 days. If you are short staffed from the initial call, be upfront. I would have more respect for that answer and would use you again in the future. Not now. Will not use going forward.

  They did a great job. The technicians were super friendly and explained everything very well. Will definitely use them again.
