Levi was prompt, courteous and professional. He went right to work and had the main house drain cleaned in a few minutes. He then used a pipe camera to quickly identify the fault. Once the fault was corrected, the drain worked as it should and all was well. The service provided was fantastic. This was my second experience with Greenwell plumbing and both have been excellent. I will call them again if I need plumbing services.

Jimmy Shanks from Greenwell Plumbing replaced my sewer line from the house to the road, and replaced my water line from the house to the meter. Jimmy did a great job, communicated well with me during the process, and was thorough. He left my yard in as good a shape as possible after all the digging, and cleaned up the sidewalk and the street. During the course of his work, he needed to remove my mailbox to repair the sewer line. He re-installed the mailbox before he left. We're super happy with his work.

Austin Mathis was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and upfront about costs. He quickly and efficiently removed and installed a new indoor water valve as well as replace my kitchen sink faucet. He didn't lose his cool when I mistakenly missed a part in the faucet box and he had to do it over. Whoops! Sorry again, Austin! I'll definitely call him again for our next plumbing experience/emergency ;)
