  This person wanted to charge $659 to install a water heater and an additional $218 for a trip charge from Greenville to Sulphur Springs to Cooper, that's about 1.5 - 2 hours. Plus the $75 service charge. that would have made the cost of installation and services $952. I found another company that did it for $350 including trip charge. That is almost triple the charge. Proceed with caution with this plumber.

  Mari we are sorry that you were not happy with the prices we did convey all information of pricing to you and to your warranty company ahead of time and upfront before any work is done To make sure that you and they were completely aware of all charges upfront their location for pick up from our shop for the water heater was a 2 hour round trip we are committed to giving every customer the best quality service possible with 100% upfront pricing.

  Stacy does a fantastic job. He's always on time, always professional, trustworthy, and there when you need him. He has done a lot of work for me, both big and small jobs. It's nice to have a reliable, skilled plumber available.

  We had pipes burst during the recent freeze in North Texas and water flooded our entire home. We called multiple plumbers and had difficulty even receiving a return phone call. Stacey was the first person to call us back and even though he was completely swamped and overwhelmed due to the huge demand for plumbers in the area, he made time to come out and assist us. He was thorough, knowledgeable, competent and most of all genuine and caring. He helped assure us that the damage to our pipes was contained and corrected and that allowed us to begin our clean up process. We will definitely call him to help with any future plumbing needs and recommend to all of our family and friends. We have had several dealings with plumbers and he is unparalleled, a step above the rest or since the name fits..."Innovative".
