  I'm giving one star I applied for ebt two weeks ago heard nothing back. Still waiting I could have literally starved to death. If you ain't black they dont move on your case. Period

  Now that there is no in person visits, when you try to call your lucky if you actually get to talk with a real person. Then they can't answer questions with out telling you to call back.
