  I could not be happier with the quality and value of service Paul Greene delivers. For anything related to pump extraction and replacement, Greene Pump & Well is the business to call. I called after losing all pressure in the house, checking the pressure switch and tank, and not finding an answer. I left a detailed message and, within ten minutes, Paul had returned my call, told me what I most likely needed to have on hand to save time, and was on his way. He arrived before I returned from the store and was well (pun intended) on his way to repairing the issue. After pulling our pump from 400ft. below the well head and replacing the worn out equipment, we had water again. He even charged less than his over-the-phone quote. Professional, timely, courteous, and fair are all words describing Paul. As a builder, I’m always looking for the best persons to call in their respective trades. I found my well and pump professional. Thank you, Paul.

  My husband called Paul today to replace an old concrete slab on our well that had just collapsed. He came right out and removed all of the heavy debris and old insulation and was able to replace it after a quick trip to get a new one. We appreciated his immediate response and repair. He was also very reasonable with the price. Its hard to find someone so efficient up here in the mountains and we will be sure to call him first for any future work on our well.

  Paul is amazing! He responded quickly and made the necessary repairs the same day. He was honest and his pricing is fair. I hope I don't need my well serviced for a long time but I know who I'm calling if I do.
