  Everyone I encountered has been nice and helpful. My problem is not with any of the ladies in the office, but with the company in general. If someone gets behind on their bill and you make a payment arrangement to pay off the bill, and you make your payments on time, why would they charge a penalty? The amount of the penalty is enough that no matter that I pay my arrangement amount, my bill will just keep climbing. It's never going to go down. So what's the point in trying?

  I have always been treated kindly by these friendly folks--at Rainelle and Quinwood. They are caring, professional and concerned people whose clients are more than just a face and a number. Great service, too. I say "Hallelujah" for water being pumped right into our homes. I wish other nations had it so good. Thank you so much!
