  They have missed there scheduled appointments 3 times and now we are waiting to have to call to find out why they will not make it again. I had them install my new outdoor equipment and they were right,. If you have a business that has regular changes to schedule then your responsibility to your customers is to call them asap to let them know you will be late or not able to make it until another day. When I call today I was informed that because my boss's daughter's birthday is tomorrow we needed to reschedule for Monday, the best they can do is Tuesday because they have a bigger job than us. What they don't know is that we have about 20 hours of work to be done.

  My experience, we have used greens for years and it’s always been excellent service. I called Friday because our fan motor went out on our unit and was told it would be Monday. Still haven’t heard from them. And it’s Wednesday, I tried calling this morning and there was no answer. I gave three stars because in the past, they have always went above and beyond for us. I had to break down and call another repairman and I’m happy to say it’s fixed!
