  By far the worst company I have ever had to deal with! I have not showered in 5 days! I have no one to go ask for a shower. They supposedly came out & “fixed” the problem but AS always, whenever they do work they have to come back 2-5 times before they get it right! My electric water heater went out. They showed up at 5:20pm the next day. Fixed....for 3 days. Then it’s out again & I put in the work order to let them know it is still not working. This is Saturday so I get told they will be here Monday. I waited all day with no response & he never shows up. Tuesday I’m told he will be here & I get a text saying between 4-5pm. At 5:35pm, I get a text saying he got busy at another job & he will make it the next day. I ask what time & he says 10am. It is now almost 12pm & they still haven’t arrived! They’re work is cheap & the quality of their work is just as bad. The customer service? So bad I’m shocked they have customers! If I got to choose which companies worked on my apartment I would NOT choose this one. They just suck all the way around.

  Worst service I have ever received in my life! scams. Totally milk you for everything you have. They just can’t get it right the first time or second time & they take forever! Waste of money
