  We have used Great American Plumbing twice, and both times Joe did a great job. The last thing we had done was a water heater replacement. He was very patient in getting the proper permits and dealing with our condo association in getting them everything they needed. He showed up on time and worked in a timely fashion. Highly recommended.

  Had a 10AM - 12PM appointment today. Never showed up, didn't call. So I called the # on the web site, someone picked up and hung up. Called again, same thing. Sounds like a cell phone with marginal coverage or a near dead battery. No email contact available on the web site.

  I hired Joe at Great American Plumbing to solve a unique problem I was experiencing with rust in my hot water system throughout my entire house. Joe diagnosed the problem quickly (an old cast iron water distribution pump) and he ordered a more modern bras pump that does not rust. Pump was installed , system was flushed and problem solved. I highly recommend Great American for your plumbing needs. Steve
