Worst service ever, called in October to report a leaking furnace and he never had time to fix it. The furnace was installed new in July. In December the furnace is still leaking and has now froze up. When the service person came on December 26th we noticed a large Ice ball on top of the roof vent causing the furnace to shut down. The furnace has begun to rust from all of the moisture and to top it all off it was vented incorrectly. Energy efficient furnaces are to be vented to the side of the house because there's little heat coming out plus moisture. Anyone living in Wisconsin can see this is a recipe for disaster. Instead of correcting the problem the owner told my daughter it would take him two hours to re-vent the furnace we would have to wait our turn. I wonder how many others have been waiting since October for service?

This company has managed to top my list for someone who shouldn't be in business. I scheduled tune ups of 3 furnaces and air conditioner a year ago 8/15/2018, followed up with 4 calls and stopped in at least 3 times to see when he'd do the tune ups, todate he hasn't been here and has only called once to say he was busy but never told me to find someone else which is now my next action. Terrible businessman.
