  I love the guys at Graves plumbing! Patrick and Matt really know what they're doing, are professional, and work well with you and each other! I will always recommend them and trust them with my house! I took one star off because whoever the lady is working in the front office needs to be replaced. She never answers the phone and does not return calls. The only times she has answered the phone for me (twice) is conveniently when I'm leaving a message about paying a bill! It took me weeks to set up my first appointment, and I only got my second one within a week because I contacted the guys directly. Maybe I am being unfair, and she is just overworked, and they need to hire extra office help because she clearly has too much on her plate. Even so, the guys are well worth the headache of getting the appointment! Be persistent and patient, they are a busy group.

  a month ago-Edit a week ago Monday, I called and left a message to have someone call me to make an appointment to put in a garbage disposal. Later in the day my husband called and I called again on Tuesday. There were three calls and no response. So I then called someone else and had an answer right away. They booked us for the following day which was Wednesday. On Friday we got a call from your company telling us they were coming to put in the disposal. Surprise!!!!!!! They were told not to come as it was already done. The only reason I am writing is to let you know that this is not good customer service. If you have a machine and there is a message on it you should answer the message. I ran a business for 18 years and answering messages was a big part of getting and keeping business. As you know, word of mouth is your best advertisement. I live in Oakview Lakes, just around the corner from you and all my friends now know not who to call. Customers like to be treated as valued customers. We were not, I know everyone is busy but what a lot of businesses don't think about is that their customers are busy as well and don't want to wait 5 days to get an answer to a left message. I just wanted you to know what has happened. I think it is only fair for me to let you know how I felt by being ignored.
