  Outstanding service! Very kind and informed. Helped us understand what was going on with our old water filter and did a great job installing our new dishwasher. They are very passionate about their work and do a stand-up job! Would absolutely recommend to our neighbors. A++

  Throughout most of our lengthy project, Wayne was great to work with, friendly and professional. On the final day of work, we asked his son to come in before he left to fix a small leak we and our carpenter had all seen under the sink he had just installed. Instead of trying to address the issue, the man got very defensive and refused to acknowledge a leak and began to take a disrespectful tone toward my wife. When she asked him politely to please calm down, he lost his temper completely, and proceeded to scream obscenities directly into my face from a very aggressive attitude, literally threatening me. We demanded he leave our house, which is an absolute first, not just on this project, but in my entire life. I will never allow a representative of Grassland Plumbing on my property again. EDIT: Your response is interesting but unsurprising, in that we already suspected you would eventually expose yourself as a delusional liar as well as a hot-head. If "get out of my house" isn't getting kicked out, I don't know what is. You can look at other reviews here and elsewhere that describe a pattern of exactly this kind of behavior. Nobody that reads this will have seen your behavior here, but I know exactly what happened, as does the other service provider that was here to witness it. You need help, buddy.

  There was no issue to address. You banged on my van window violently. I asked you to please respect my van. You know what you said. I said I’ll be right in. Came in ,No one could point out said leak. You did not kick anybody out. I chose to leave for my own safety after you became physical with me. You ran into the bathroom yelling at the top of your lungs at me, because you did not like the answers I was giving your wife. It is impossible to fix a leak if nothing is leaking. I also explained we did not sell the fixtures (we do not warranty what we do not sell, that’s the equivalent of buying a Cadillac and going to the Honda dealership and saying warranty my vehicle.) everything is working no leaks. Anywhere.Then, you took it upon yourself to shove me in the chest with your finger. There is a first time for everything I have never seen or experienced such bizarre behavior/violence from a customer. Then, you chest bump me,threaten me with physical harm. in 30+ years of doing this I’ve never had a customer act the way you acted today. I was already out the door before your yelling at me begun. You are entitled to your opinion. At the end of the day… that’s what it is…opinion, not facts. This isn’t a review , it’s slanderous dribble your writing. We do not tolerate physical harm or violent comments from customers towards employees. That’s when I left and will GLADLY never set foot in that house. This has been settled with the contractor who hired us,not you. Have a most wonderful new year! God bless you and your family.
