I tried for 4 weeks to get someone out for an estimate for a garbage disposal and a water line to a new fridge. I initially tried around Christmas and they said they would have to call back and schedule the next week. I was fine with this, I know there’s a labor shortage, and life is crazy. They never called the Monday they said they would so I called back and again they told me they would call the next day by 9 am to schedule with me. AGAIN NO CALL. Finally on one of my attempts I got scheduled for an estimate and I wait another week for the appointment. The day comes and they’re a no show. I call them and they told me that they had called the previous week to reschedule. Zero missed calls and no voicemails. I reschedule AGAIN for the following week. Again another no show! I called and this time they said they were closed because of the snow. I understand bad weather, I understand needing to reschedule but all I ask for is some COMMUNICATION!!!! Don’t know how they’re plumbing skills or costs are because I couldn’t ever get them to my house!

I have had the pleasure of having several residential jobs done by Grassfield Plumbing, and each one has exceeded my expectations. I had Grassfield Plumbing run hot water piping in the concrete floors of my house to heat it. Plus all the plumbing in my house and warehouse and I must say they did an outstanding and professional job. The work was completed ahead of schedule and within budget and I would recommend them to anyone who gives a damn about quality, integrity, and want it done right the first time!
