  Grant has provided us excellent service from the day we moved to Chatsworth GA in 2019 with plumbing and electrical. And we thank Dusty. Recently, we experienced a hazardous situation with our heat pump and we called Grant again. Mitchell and Bryan came in and quickly found the problem, temporarily repaired it, so it was safe and immediately scheduled a replacement unit to be installed. Thank you Mitchell. On Wednesday, promptly at 8:30 AM, Fred Ray and Richard Phillips arrived. Like Mitchell and Bryan (and Dusty), they were professional and courteous, did their work expeditiously and expediently, replacing our thermostat as well. All very nice people. I have a tendency to oversee and watch, but they answered all my questions. Last, but not least, is Sandy, whom works in the office: no question or call is too much for her. She is an excellent representative for initial contact for Grant. Thank you ALL.

  The owner and his crew were very professional and courteous. Installation of a new gas line for liquid propane gas went very smooth and the quality of work was beyond reproach. I was only charged what had been pre-agreed upon so. I'm Very satisfied there as well.

  We love Grant Heating & Cooling. Have always used them because of how friendly & family oriented they are. This past time we needed an entire new unit & applying for the loan we needed was so easy & they walked me through the entire process.
