  Office staff was very responsive and helpful with scheduling. The upfront quote we received was reasonable and firm. There were no surprises with the final bill. Larry did the install and I can't say enough about how great he was! He was very professional and conscientious. He was careful to cover the carpet to ensure no spills and made sure that the entire system was tested and functioning correctly before he left. Thank you Grand Lake Plumbing for a job very well done!
