  We have spent a lot of money with this company. We've had both a good and bad experience with this company. The most recent experience is why we will never give them our money again. The owner came out and was supposed to provide a quote for yard drainage. He was at my house maybe 5-10 minutes and left without saying a word. That was days ago and we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional. Maybe they looked at the job and figured it was too much work, maybe they need a couple days to price everything out. Your guess is as good as mine. We will be spending our money with a different company moving forward.

  I have used their services for years (from 'snaking' drains to replacement of main sewer line, hot water tanks and sump pumps) . The service has always been on time, the workers through and work completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Grand Jude.

  Terrible customer service, if I could give them negative stars I would. Called 15 days ago, Owner came out was very informative and told me to give him a day while he contacted the city. I gave him 7 days. I called and was told they are busy, I reminded them that common courtesy requires a phone call. Still haven't had a call to schedule the work that I need. I guess they are so busy they don't need my money. Don't waste your time with this company, they obviously don't understand customer service, and word of mouth drives a small, local business.
