  Thom was willing to speak with our home warranty company on the phone before performing the garbage disposal replacement. I point this out because another plumber was not willing to. He came out after work hours to squeeze us in before he is booked up way in advance. He was super friendly and explained things in a kind manner. We will definitely use him again.

  We had our very old, very leaky shower/tub and walls removed due to grout failure. Tom jumped in with his son, took down the wall of tile, tore out the tub, updated the plumbing and finished off our new shower! He also replaced our damaged floor and had a guy come in and skim coat the remaining damaged walls. After 30 years in this house, he gave us what we always wanted and didn't break our budget either! Excellent work!! Professional and supportive. Thanks Tom and crew!!

  Tom and his staff were fantastic. Our basement was flooding from sewer back up! We had no idea where it was coming from or what to do! We called Tom on a SUNDAY, and he came out to our rescue! THANK YOU Tom!! After we get things cleaned up, we can get things back to normal!
