We got a 16x24 Side Porch Cabin from Graceland and we love it!  Well built, sturdy and strong. I turned it into an outdoor office space. We are looking for another one soon, and we will only buy from Graceland.

After you sign the paperwork at an authorized dealer it gets handed over to the Graceland corporate office and that's where you'll have issues. Corporate is not big on customer service or helping the customer and has a knack for being extremely rude when trying to get exact amounts or help with your account of any kind. I am in a position to pay my building off but the credits didn't add up, so I asked for a hard copy of my account and the exact payoff amount because when I signed the paperwork, my account is was a payoff of $2940. After 6 payments, my account payoff is at $2831.23 but the contract balance is $6,533.76 because of the $121 monthly for 60 months of which I have 54 left. So those 6 payments were nothing toward the balance. So after an extremely rude email from who I was told is the corporate office manager, I called and told them to cancel my agreement and to come get my building immediately. So I'm waiting on a driver to come haul the building off and I will never again purchase anything with the Graceland name on it.

Tiffany, we are sorry you no longer feel the terms of the rent-to-own agreement that you signed when you ordered your Graceland building are acceptable. We have tried repeatedly to call you to help you work through your concerns, but cannot get you to pick up the phone. If you are truly serious about working with Graceland to resolve your concerns, please call us at 888-GRACE-04. Otherwise, we will proceed with the pick-up of our building as you requested.

We love our new 12x24 Graceland garage shed. We already had a shed from another factory and we like it too but you can see it in the details that show the superior quality of Graceland. There is more venting along the sides (important to prevent mildew), much nicer paint with the two tone trim, all wood floor, and a nicer anchor system using straps, not just bolts. The roll up door works great, as do the side door and windows. We feel it was a fair price to pay for what you get with the overall visible quality that includes superior floor and wall bracing; a very sturdy building. We had wonderful customer service from our dealer addressing our concerns and then getting the shed delivered when we needed it. Thanks Molly Smith! The delivery crew was awesome as it was a little challenging where we needed the shed, and they got it in there then worked hard to get it level, anchored, and done. Thanks Andy!

Graceland makes the best building on the market! They stand behind their product with the longest warranty (7yr) I have found. The soffit system works so much better than the little vents most use.
Customer service is always right there for you if you ever have questions or concerns. They are happy to answer even the smallest questions. Their dealers are very knowledgeable as well and work to get any info you need to make you comfortable you are getting the best.
If you want QUALITY, so your building will last you for many years, with fair pricing you MUST have a Graceland Portal Building!

Graceland builds the best portable building in the industry.   Their local dealerships are owned by caring and professional people!  Many of my friends and family own a Graceland building!

Looked for a quality shed for a long time and finally found one that I know will last for years.  Love that it comes prebuilt and ready to use.  Ordering was easy and the delivery crew did a great job.  Definitely recommend you spend a little more for a Graceland shed.
