  Ed and Eric came out promptly to look at a possible leaky toilet (baseboard behind stained). We did find a little water after multiple toiled flushes alongside the tub and baseboard by the tub wet. Unsure where the problem is at this time & Ed suggested I could open the wall in the adjacent room to see if there is a leak behind the tub (a lot of built in office furniture needs to move prior to that) & could call them back. This is a very sensible and cost efficient way to locate the source of the leak. There was no charge for the visit, what a way to run a business.

  We had an unexpected problem with the outside water spigot,it broke still inside the concrete wall. Ryan just returned from work to his house and my son asked him for help.Ryan fixed our problem within a short time.He was very friendly,helpful and amazing. We are very grateful to him,since we are not familiar with the plumbing system in our house.We did not even know where the main shut off was! Now we know!
