We've used Goyette Mechanical to handle all the maintenance and repairs on both furnace and air conditioning equipment at my father's Davison home for more than a decade. The service techs and schedulers are always polite, efficient and knowledgeable; and recently went an extra mile to search out a less expensive part and save us a meaningful amount of money. I highly recommend Goyette.

I've done service and repair work for decades in other industries. Tom was on his second service visit here because I requested him again. As a veteran service industry professional, several things about Tom stood out. He was of course courteous and knowledgeable, professional, etc. But here's the ticket. Tom is patient. With his customer. With his repair. Tom gets it. I had multiple service visits for over 5 years from other organizations. No one could figure it out. Tom's first visit fixed all the underlying problems, and he gave me good homework. Tom's second visit fixed an issue we've had for 7 years. Tom accomplished this by being patient and focused. When Tom was done, he told me what he did, gave me his honest opinion, and shook my hand. Be like Tom.

Our laundry tub pump failed so my wife called Goyette Mechanical. After they repaired the pump, we realized there is about 6 inches of standing water in the laundry tub after every load. We never had any left in the tub with the old pump. After seeing this, I researched the pump they installed and found out they charged us over $100 more for the pump than what the same model is at Home Depot and several other online sites. I have no problem paying for their time to fix the issue and for the service call fee but I feel scammed that they are trying to make money off the parts. I left a message with Goyette Mechanical to see if they would come back out to fix the issue and never heard back from them. So obviously they don't back their work.
