  Had a clog at a tenant's home this weekend, not a single place picked up or respond except for Gopher. Jake called ahead of time before he came explained every step of the way and let me know all cost upfront. Very professional and courteous. Price was reasonable. So I had the work done from Jake. Thank you for your service.

  First repairman took close to 2 hrs to let me know that the issue was not the main line backing up and actually just come to the conclusion that he didn’t feel comfortable snaking the bathtub because of the drain stopper. He then decided to call another one of their repairmen who then took almost the same amount of time to snake the tub and sink, and a small repair on the drain stopper. Bill was over $350. Four days later the bathtub was already backing up again. Had someone else come and do the repair in 1/4 of the time and repaired the drain stopper properly, cleaned up around the main drain and replaced the main drain cap, which they forgot to do also.
