  I paid over 600 to have my ac fixed when it was freezing up. I was told it was fixed but it continues to freeze up. I tried to get a hold of him for days before I finally got a reply. Refuses to refund any money to me even though my freezing up problem was not fixed at all. I am very dissatisfied with this company. He seemed very honest but I don’t know what to think. I think an honest company would refund some of the high service price I paid for nothing! This is why I have a hard time trusting any company.

  I have used 5 different HVAC contractors over the past 16 years on 30+ units. With the exception of one real bad installer, I liked them all, some more than others but I would still refer them. I have used Mr Goodman on 8 of my last 10 projects including my own home. High degree of knowledge. Courteous service, quotes were about the same. The big difference was NO FOUL language either from him or his crew. NONE.

  I have used Don on multiple occasions with my rental properties. He has always been prompt affordable and has completed the work the first time every time. I would highly recommend Goodman Heating and Cooling for all of your heating and A/C needs
