  Anthony is always the loveliest person to chat with when I need service. I appreciate is personable nature and his expressed desire to be of assistance. During this visit, Brian answered the call, and he was just as nice to speak to. This company is clear about caring for its customers and giving them the best quality service. I have been with them for about a year now, after switching from a larger and less customer-service focused company, and I am quite happy with that decision. I highly recommend them for plumbing and also helping me with the boiler.

  Nothing but positive things to say. I called and was able to get someone to come and give us an estimate the same day. Steve came and was able to take a look at the multiple items we needed fixed and was able to fix them on the spot. He was extremely professional and nice. The items we needed fixed are working better than new! We will definitely be using Good Tidings again and requesting Steve.

  Once again Good Tidings Plumbing Heating and Cooling to the rescue. Had a major clog in my main pipe; that normally I would attempt to fix myself before calling a professional company, however, my friends over at Good Tidings did such a fantastic job the first time, there was no hesitation on my part calling them again. I called late on a Monday evening and they were at my front door early the next morning. What can I say?
