  Had a water line break and had to shut off the water to the house. Called Good Old Days and was told a plumber would call me back.. No one ever did.

  I was very disappointed in my limited experience with this company. I had an outdoor faucet that I couldn’t get to completely shut off, and needed to get someone out to fix it. I made the call on a Monday morning to schedule an appointment. I was contacted back late Monday afternoon and the first available time that worked was Thursday. I was told they would contact me that day to let me know when they would be out. The day passed without a single phone call or person showing up. I ended up having to call back on Friday to ask what the deal was. Since they use an answering service, they were only able to make a note and send it to the company to have someone call me back. I didn’t end up hearing back until the following Monday morning, although there was no explanation as to why no one ever called or came by. By this point I had already made the decision to go with another company as it had now been an additional week of my outdoor water running. While I appreciate that they did finally call (after having to call and complain), I was frustrated and disappointed that they couldn’t even bother to say they weren’t going to make the appointment date that was scheduled.

  They told me that they were coming out, had me waiting all day. I had other things to do,no one came. I called the next day and was told that they were not taking on any jobs until after Christmas. The one time they did come out the guy was driving a very old and tore down truck. Be carful with this company, not very professional!!
