  - Plumber contacted by me and set up appointment with tenant to service leaking toilet valve. Following day completed service as scheduled, with tenant reporting professionalism and promptness with plumber paid same day for work completed. - Tenant reports that valve set too low and float not adjustable far enough to completely flush toilet. - Plumber contacted 2 times to fix work, first time no showed on tenant. 2nd time ghosted tenant and stopped answering phone. - Had to facetime with tenant and instruct them on how to uninstall, adjust valve to correct height, reinstall valve, and adjust float. This would have taken a plumber like 5 minutes.
