Golden West and Anthony Garcia exceeded our expectations in regards to customer service and the services provided. They send a "what to expect" email before the visit to introduce the technician, including a photo and bio. This helped put my mind at ease as my husband wasn't home during the repair. Anthony was very polite, personable and professional. He arrived wearing a mask and put shoe covers on anytime he stepped in the house. His communication and service was great. I'll definitely use Golden West again and recommend to others!

I will always recommend Golden West Plumbing! They are incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, professional, responsive, and super easy to work with. All of the contractors and technicians are so friendly and are always willing to answer any questions I have. They repaired a sewer line in my basement, and then I also had a new furnace and AC installed, and they did a fantastic job. They were fast, communicative, and very neat. They cleaned up before they left! They are an awesome family-owned business and obviously take pride in their work and have a standard of excellence for their employees. Thank you all again for your superb service!

Joshua provided excellent service and presented himself in a professional manner. His customer service skills were outstanding! He fixed the problem so quickly and efficiently! I was very impressed. He represented the company well and restored my confidence in professional skilled workers; that there are still those who are honest and have integrity and do charge fair and honest prices for their services. I am very satisfied with the work that was done.
