  Our long, long time plumber recently retired. We did not know what plumbing company to go to for basic services. We did area research looking for a reputable established company. We took a chance on Goettls High Desert Mechanical. The initial phone call was very impressive. The office staff (Hannah and Laurie) were professional, courteous and informative. They worked to provide scheduling that was immediate and conducive to our needs. We were kept informed with courtesy text messaging. We new the date, time, technician's name and photo identification. The technician Chris was on time, professional, well informed and very respectful. Chris was tasked with replacement of the lower heating element in the water heater. He recommended and we agreed to replace both heating elements during this service call. Chris was systematic in his work, kept us informed and impressively cleaned the service area upon completion of the job. The lower heating element was very challenging to remove. Chris did a very professional job at persevering to complete the job. We will continue to use Goettls-High Desert Mechanical for our service needs. Sincerely, Dr. and Mrs. Black

  Thank you for having Kelly as a tech. He was prompt, very knowledgeable and a fantastic communicator. He diagnosed and repaired my heater in 45 minutes. That included the payment process. He provided some tips and important information about my system. It was cold windy and snowing today and a working heater was a blessing. I have known the Goettls company since 1969 and their outstanding reputation as fair and honest. Again, Thank you Kelly! You are the man!!

  Jay from Goettls has been out several times to help me figure out the best way to repair/replace my waterline. His service and ideas have been invaluable. Without Jay I probably wouldn’t have thought to choose Goettls for this kind of work. Other members of the crew including Tim are also high quality employees, and they gave me tips to save money on the project.
