I live in a DR Horton development. Only been here a few months and our kitchen sink starting leaking, a very bad leak that flooded the cabinet under our sink. GN Plumbing is who DR HORTON told us to contact. We called them, they told us to turn off the water supply and they would come the next day. They never came. We called them back several times and they just stopped answering the phone. DR HORTON and GN Plumbing are both terrible and don't care about customer service.

We live in a gated community built by Dr. Horton. Our water heater exploded and it was still under warranty. Dr. Horton told us that GN Plumbing was the installation plumber so I reached out to them at 11:30am on 2/25. He answered my call and told me to text him all the information so I did-- serial number, authorization code, everything. He called me at 12:25pm saying he hadn't forgotten about me. That was the last time I heard from him. I tried to call again and he declined my call, with a full mailbox so I couldn't leave a message. I sent him a text message asking if he could get us on the schedule the same day as my mother is older and I really wanted her to be able to take a heated shower. I even said that if he couldn't get us on the schedule today, to let me know so I could make arrangements for the next day, 2/26. I never heard from GN Plumbing, no text, no call, nothing. Very unprofessional. I'm not sure if he thought we wanted him to do it free (the tank was under warranty but we still have to pay labor so he would still get a check... I guess our measely $350 isn't worth a text or call back) but I am very disappointed in this service. At least he could've called or texted back and informed me that I would need to make other arrangements. I will also be informing Dr. Horton and our management company. I called Franzese Plumbing so my mother can have some hot water.
