  Fast service for what turned out not to be a major issue. Two technicians showed up for the job, as they were in the process of continuing training of a newer tech. the problem was fixed, then they took time to explain what was done. Very pleased with the whole experience.

  When our DIY project came to a screeching hault due to OLD pipes, GMMI answered the phone first thing in the morning, before any other office AND had a tech to our house before noon. Hands down excellent service and fair prices.

  Mike Jacobs helped me on Christmas Day, 2021. Appointment was set for next morning, 8 AM. Mike was on time and communicative with text messages. Problem was fixed (thermostat replaced) within one hour of arrival.
