  Walt and Joe had been our go-to people for help in our prior 100 yr old house. Always prompt and reasonable (kind) with fees, they were able to find a way to keep us safely flushing along. Now in our new home, we had an unusual, unexpected plumbing issue. Joe was prompt and accurate; he's the Master Plumber that he's known to be.
