  When our kitchen sink clogged for the third time in about four years, I looked for a reputable local plumber that could fix the problem once and for all. On the initial call, Mike was able to snake the line open, but advised that, due to the length of the drain line and the age of the house, there was a good deal of grease build-up remaining in the line. I scheduled a follow-up for a jet clearing of the line. Danny and his partner came out and did a quick, clean, and efficient job in completely clearing the line. Not only is Gladhill Plumbing and Heating a local, family-owned business, but their outstanding customer service, responsiveness, excellent quality of work, and very reasonable prices make them a 5-star-plus business! I highly recommend them for all plumbing needs!

  This is a terrible business. Took advantage of my elderly parents. They busted a water pipe and caused significant flooding I the house and severe damage. Took a long time to repair and replace damage. The shower is somewhat unusable. The water drains into the floor. The sealing around the shower stall in nonexistent. Poor customer service and condescending employees.

  Not only is Ken Gladhill my neighbor, he's also my plumber! I've know Ken for over 20 years and have used his services multiple times. Gladhill Plumbing is a family owned and run business. They have always been extremely helpful, fast and professional. One time our well went out on New Years Eve weekend during a snowy day with sub-freezing weather. Even though it was a holiday weekend Gladhill Plumbing pulled together a crew and had my well up and running in a matter of hours! I have friends who have also used Gladhill Plumbing and I have heard nothing but praise and complements with regards to the service, speed and price they received. I personally recommend Gladhill Plumbing & Heating, located in Woodsboro, Md. They will give you great service. I doubt you will be disappointed!
