  Initially I called In desperation because I had a broken pipe. I put a call out to 4-5 services and Paul called back within a half hour. No one else even called. He came right away and fixed the initial problem. We were in the process of renovating our kitchen and bath, and he agreed to help us with that project. Always willing to give his opinion on products and where to get good deals. Always available when there were issues and never became impatient. Reviewed every step along the way. I will never use any one else, and I am recommending Paul and Scott all the way. 5++ stars
