  We'd made an appointment for the annual check on our new heating/AC unit and got a call that their techs had an appointment in our area the next day. We were impressed that they were able to get to us earlier than normal! The check went as expected and the tech was clean, courteous and professional. He took pictures of the service and showed us everything was in good working order.

  Tyler was running early for his appointment and instead of just showing up, we received a call asking if he could come 15 minutes early which was great a for us. He was very friendly and helpful. He took a little extra time to explain why services happen when they do and what inspections they need to perform. Tyler was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. We are very happy that we chose Gilmore Heating & Air for our new HVAC system.

  Mac from Gilmore did a great job getting our air conditioning system ready for the summer and explaining a needed repair for our 12 year old heatpump. He was polite and very professional. We are confident the repair will be done well once the ordered part (fan motor) arrives. Thanks, Mac, for a job well done!
