  I’m thoroughly impressed with Shaun. He had to come to my house on 2 occasions to fix my water heater. The bottom element was extremely corroded and the bottom of my water heater was filled with sediment. He spent 3 hours on a Saturday scraping out any sediment he could to fix my water heater. He went above and beyond my expectations.

  Promptly returned my call via text on a SUNDAY! Very quickly & easily made an appointment. Kept in contact with me to let me know he was running a bit late (which happens). Fixed my problem in a short amount of time & best part, VERY affordable & courteous. Put him in my phone for future reference.

  The guy took a day to get back to me, made an appointment with him 4 days out. Then he never confirmed or showed up. Tried contacting him again and he never returned calls or texts. Very unprofessional.
