  I think Marla is a amazing person. She tries her best to help out. But as a property manager she still has her hands tied on alot of stuff. She is just the property manager people it's not like she owns the houses. As for the gal posting about the owner living in the shop how does marla have control over that. Seems like blaming the wrong person here...

  Absoultly the worst property management I have delt with in 30 years. Property managment and property owner are very dishonest. The owner lives in the shop, and will tell you its temporary and never leaves. He uses your electricity and water and wont pay you for it. We had to get a stocking restraining order against the property owner (public record). And no matter what you will not get your deposit returned.

  Response from the owner

  This person agreed to move onto the property for reduced rent due to Owner residing on the property. She also filed a false claim and committed perjury claiming the Owner was stalking her due to him coming onto his property. This all is retaliation because she moved her son onto the property, who was on Probation without permission, and items of the Owner's started disappearing. When actions were taken this was her response to get even. Instead of a Civil suit being filed it was a better choice for removal.
