  Had cloudy water coming from our well and a positive test for bacteria. The two plumbers that responded were on time, friendly, and professional. It took them about 15 minutes to remove the well cover and pour in two bottles of Clorox. One of them called their office because they did not.know what to charge for this service. Their office said that the fee was $349.00 for 15 minutes and two bottles of bleach. The two men seemed embarrassed by that figure. Must be some expensive Clorox. At least I know now how to do it myself. Thanks

  Came to repair a leak, broke a sewer pipe and have not come back to complete the job,, or fix what they broke despite daily calls and in person visit to their office. Do not recommend at all!

  I will not call for service again. Please read as this contains 2 reviews. Six months ago I posted the following review: Plumber showed up when expected and did a great job! Price was a little high in my opinion, but my experience is that plumbers are generally expensive. Two weeks ago I called with 2 new issues at the same property. The plumber that showed up didn't know what they were doing. They were inexperienced and misdiagnosed the problem. They claimed they would have to come back. I never heard from him again. I called the office 3 times over 3 days with no answer and no return call. I hired another plumber and the work was completed the same day. My company manages over 150 rental housing units and this is the least professional service provider I have dealt with in a long time. Don't waste your time or money with these people.
